ALEX HUDSON

Appraiser Assistant

Alex grew up in Tucson, Arizona, before heading east to attend college in Pennsylvania.  After spending about a decade in New York and 15 years in the San Francisco Bay Area, he made the move to Portland in 2021.  Prior to joining MOA as an Appraiser Assistant, Alex worked for a real estate investment firm, where he gained valuable experience that made the transition into commercial real estate appraisal a natural fit.  He enjoys the problem-solving aspect of the industry and the fact that no two properties are quite the same.  Outside of the office, Alex enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, and practicing jiu-jitsu.
