Moscato, Okoneski & Associates was founded in Portland in 1979 by Lou Moscato, MAI, to provide commercial appraisal and consulting services held to the highest professional standards. Nearly five decades later, the firm is in its second generation and is led by Lou Moscato, Brett Okoneski, and Paul Moscato, all MAI-designated members of the Appraisal Institute.
We are fully independent, with no brokerage or investment affiliations, so our only stake in an assignment is getting the answer right.
