LOUIS J. MOSCATO, MAI

Founder

Lou Moscato is a founding partner of the firm.  After graduating from college, he joined the Marine Corps.  Lou served in Vietnam and was discharged as a First Lieutenant in 1970. 


Lou began his appraisal career at Union Bank in Southern California and subsequently worked at First Interstate Bank in Portland.  In 1979, along with the late Larry Ofner, he founded Moscato, Ofner and Assoicates.  With over 45 years of appraisal experience, Lou continues to bring the highest level of professionalism to his practice, along with a wide breadth of knowledge spanning all valuation types.  His dedication to accuracy and detail in each of his appraisal reports is unrivaled.

In his spare time, he enjoys sports, traveling the world with his wife, Susan, and spending time with his grandchildren.
