JAMES ROBINSON
Staff Appraiser
Jim is a Portland native, having grown up in the Raleigh Hills area. He currently resides in Vancouver. He is a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser, carrying licenses for both Oregon and Washington. Commercial real estate appraisal is his second career, having spent many years working in IT. He feels that time prepared him for all the changes that have occurred in the appraisal industry over the past 20 years. He appreciates the ever-changing assignments commercial appraisal brings. “It’s not a cookie cutter profession,” Jim says.
In his spare time, Jim enjoys many activities. One of his biggest personal accomplishments was captaining a 50’ boat by himself. When not in the office, he can be found growing vegetables, cooking, eating and playing with his Corgi.
