Appraiser Assistant

Born in California but raised in Beaverton, Jennifer is embarking on a second career in commercial appraisal.  She is a former small business owner in the specialty construction contracting field and signed on with Moscato, Okoneski & Associates in 2020 as an appraiser assistant.  Jennifer's favorite aspect of the job is the ever-changing nature of commercial real estate.  “Each commercial property has some unique characteristics about it. I enjoy doing the research,” she says.
